Delivery method :

  At the time of your order, you have the choice between standard delivery and fast delivery.

  The indication of your telephone number has become mandatory, it will only be used if there is a need to contact you to organise the delivery. We do not collect or market your data.

Shipping time :

• The products are shipped within two working days after the payment is received. The Shipment is made to the delivery address of your choice withing the 27 European countries. After this processing time, the shipping times are as follows:

  Standard delivery: 3 to 5 working days between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. - Always free!

  Express delivery: 2 to 5 days from Monday to Saturday, as well as Sundays in eligible areas - € 3,40 per shipment

Delivery tracking : 

• You will receive by email the tracking number of your package as soon as it is sent. You can follow it on the carrier's website (UPS or DHL - or other carriers the best available at that time is chosen for you) in real time.
